Order Acceptance policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NTA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity that you ordered of any item. NTA will refund or provide credit for any products sold that will be not delivered.
Is my credit card safe on your site
NTA takes your security very seriously. Our on-line store uses 128-bit encryption during checkout and we also process all payments through PayPal. We do not store or save your credit card information on any NTA servers or computers. Our system is PCI compliant and hacker scanned for protection. Make sure when you are checking out, that you see the green https:// with the lock up in the corner of the domain name ensuring you are on a secure, encrypted page.
Credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders are shipped and received by the customer in 4-7 business days for products that are in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
If you provide an email address when you order, you will receive automatic emails first confirming that the order has been received and then later advising when it has shipped (including tracking number, shipping method and ship date. )
Express shipping options are available at an extra charge.
Shipping outside the USA or Canada is not available. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Out of stock products
We do not accept out of stock orders or back orders. If it is not available, you cannot place an order. Once inventory is available you can place an order for the product at that time. This helps us better serve our customers.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, NTA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NTA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NTA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
