EXCHANGES:
- No exchanges. Unfortunately, our systems do not support exchanging an item.
- If you need another size or color, return the item you don't want – Go to this page. Then place a new order for the item you want.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Click Here, to start a return. Enter your order number and zip code to get an assigned RMA and return shipping label.
- We accept returns on all new items with tags within 90 days of purchase.
- Please try on all items for sizing prior to removing any tags or stickers.
- Used products will not be refunded.
- Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE:
We do not charge for return shipping. You will be refunded the amount you paid for each item.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return, we do our best to process refunds within 3-4 business days. It can take an additional 3-4 business days for the refund to post back to your method of payment.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We will gladly accept returns of products for defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 90 days from the delivery date. Please contact us at customerservice@ntaenterprise.net and provide your order number, the item number of the defective product, and a description of the issue.
