- No exchanges. Unfortunately, our systems do not support exchanging an item.
- If you need another size or color, return the item you don't want – Go to this page. Then place a new order for the item you want.
- Click Here, to start a return. Enter your order number and zip code to get an assigned RMA and return shipping label.
- We accept returns on all new items with tags within 90 days of purchase.
- Please try on all items for sizing prior to removing any tags or stickers.
- Used products will not be refunded.
- Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

Once we receive your return, we do our best to process refunds within 3-4 business days. It can take an additional 3-4 business days for your bank or PayPal to post your refund. Please note that return shipping is deducted from your refund amount.
We will gladly accept returns of products for defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 90 days from the delivery date. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number, the item number of the defective product, and a description of the issue.
