Our system is not currently set up to process an exchange. If you need to return an item for any reason or get a different size please follow the steps below to create an RMA to send back the item you don’t want. You will need to place a new order to get the new item/size you want
To process a return for a refund please go to this page. This will create a return authorization code (RMA#) and generate a return shipping label. All customer returns need to have an assigned RMA.

If for any reason the product does not meet your quality expectation, return it to us – no questions asked – for a complete refund (less shipping charges.)
We will gladly accept returns of product for defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned UNUSED along with the return authorization code obtained from the above link. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers.
Damaged or used products will not be refunded.
Shipping fees for returned items are paid by the customer.
