Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancel it since paperwork is processed quickly at our warehouse, and the shipping process has already started. If you decide you do not want an item you ordered, you are welcome to return it for a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a size exchange, please return the item and reorder the size you need at your convenience.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and to Canada at this time. Please note that website pricing is USD, and Canadian shipping costs include 18% duty and 5% GST.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $250. Please note that this total is calculated after coupon codes are applied.

We are located in Pittsburgh, PA, and orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.

What is your processing time?

We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of an order being placed. It may take longer for us to ship during busy holiday times or during sales.

How long does shipping take?
