EXCHANGES:
No exchanges. Unfortunately, our systems do not support exchanging an item.
If you need another size or color, or you don't want the item, Go to this page to get your return label. Then, place a new order for the item you want.
RETURN PROCESS:
Click Here to start a return. Enter your order number and zip code to get an assigned RMA and return shipping label to print out.
Important Information - Returns on iPhone / mobile
It is optimal to use a desktop computer or laptop to process your return and print your label.
We use ShipStation, a 3rd party company for managing Returns.
ShipStation’s label PDFs are optimized for desktop browsers and may not display or print correctly on mobile browsers, especially on iPhones.
If you are using a browser on your phone and the label appears as a grey square, here’s what you can do:
Open the link on a desktop or laptop browser instead of a mobile device. Mobile browsers sometimes have trouble displaying or printing PDF labels.
If that’s not possible, contact customer service using the Contact Us Form and tell us your order number and reason for returning. Then we can download and email it directly to you, and you can then open and print it from any device.
We accept returns on all new items with tags within 90 days of purchase.
Please try on all items for sizing prior to removing any tags or stickers.
Used products will not be refunded.
Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.

RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE:
We do not charge for return shipping. You will be refunded the amount you paid for each item.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return, we do our best to process refunds within 3-4 business days. It can take an additional 3-4 business days for the refund to post back to your method of payment.
*Please note that you will be refunded for the price paid for each returned product (after promo codes). Unfortunately shipping fees cannot be refunded.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We will gladly accept returns of products for defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 90 days from the delivery date.
