Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancel it since paperwork is processed quickly at our warehouse, and the shipping process has already started. If you decide you do not want an item you ordered, you are welcome to return it for a refund.


What is your return policy?

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a size exchange, please return the item and promptly reorder the size you need for the fastest turnaround time.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and to Canada at this time. Please note that website pricing is USD, and Canadian shipping costs include 18% duty and 5% GST.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on US orders over $250. Please note that this total is calculated after coupon codes are applied.


Where do you ship from?

We are located in Pittsburgh, PA, and orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.


What is your processing time?

We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of an order being placed. It may take longer for us to ship during busy holiday times or during sales.


How long does shipping take?

We do our best to supply accurate timelines for each shipping option on the checkout page of the website before you place an order. We offer both FedEx and UPS shipping options.
